First time visiting, and pleased. The menu has a good variety, including salads, burgers, and fish, in addition to chicken. The atmosphere is sports-oriented, with lots of televisions throughout the restaurant. Very friendly service, good food (both in flavor and portion size), and clean. A great place to grab lunch, supper, or to watch the big game!

Our Server Donna at the Ashland KY location was amazing! She needs paid more for putting up with us. We always have a great time joking back and forth with her. And the bartender Haylie is fantastic as well! We come here quite often. I do wish they would cook the wings in beef tallow though for people with dietary issues but otherwise no complaints!

I go to Wings Etc in Russell, Kentucky almost every week to watch the games, and over time I’ve had plenty of servers, but Mariah has become the one I always ask for because she consistently delivers the best service I’ve ever experienced there. From the moment she greets me with her warm, genuine smile, she sets the tone for an easy, enjoyable night, which is exactly what you want when you’re settling in for a game. She knows the menu inside and out and gives thoughtful, confident recommendations that actually make a difference. She remembers my usual order, checks in at the perfect moments without interrupting the game, keeps my drinks filled before I even realize they’re low, and manages to stay friendly and professional at the same time. Even on busy nights, she handles everything around her with calm, positive energy, making the whole experience feel smooth and stress free. She anticipates what I need, whether it’s extra napkins, additional sauces, or just making sure everything came out exactly right. Every dish arrives hot, accurate, and perfectly prepared, and she double checks everything with genuine care. She pays attention to all the little details that most people overlook, keeps the table clean without bothering me, and always makes sure I’m comfortable and taken care of. I’ve watched her handle multiple tables effortlessly while still giving each one personal attention, and it’s clear she takes real pride in the way she works. At this point, asking for her by name has become part of my routine because she’s the one who consistently turns a simple game-night meal into a truly enjoyable experience. After going there so often, I can confidently say Mariah stands out far above the rest for her professionalism, personality, and dedication, and she’s the reason I look forward to coming back week after week.

A friend picked up a large to go pan for ‘the biggest game’ Sunday, it was the first time I’d had em w sauces on the side. More wings than I could count they were big fat and crispy. Best looking wings I’ve seen in the area and gave variety trying different sauces. Great job Jim and Ray

Y'alllllllll this place is aaamazing!! First, when we (hubby, myself, and 7yr old) walk in William is very pleasant and welcoming! The kids don't have their own hard copy menu. They have printed coloring pages to make it more enjoyable with the kiddos. Our server was Mariah and she really did her thing as a server!! Top notch service!! She informed us of downloading the free app to get a free appetizer. The Spicy Pickle Chips w/ ranch are soooo delicious!! The different kinds of sauces you can get within your order is awesome! I recommend the Nashville Hot and then scoop some of that Sweet Chili Cha-Cha sauce on it!! To die for!! We did get the hot honey garlic which was pretty good as well. It wasn't the best though! I need to try more!! My 7yr old looooves the mac and cheese which is saying a lot cause he doesn't like anything but store bought. We will definitely be back! We recently hosted a large party of about 30 guests of all ages at this restaurant, and I cannot say enough about how impressed we were. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Every platter was served promptly and tasted amazing. Buffy and the rest of the staff gave outstanding service: our drinks were constantly refilled, tables were kept clean and bussed, and the team was incredibly attentive to our needs. What truly set this experience apart was the care and thoughtfulness shown by Buffy. She brought out games to keep the kids entertained, checked in regularly to ensure everyone was happy, and created a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made our gathering a true success. If you're looking for a place that can handle a large group with grace, professionalism, and genuine hospitality, this is it. Even for a quick bite to eat, you will not be disappointed. Highly recommended!

Eat here once a month, every month when I’m in the area for work. The food is fantastic. I was hooked when I first tried it now it’s an every month thing. I stay at the hotel across the street and they always honor a discount for that. Couldn’t ask for better food or a group of people. Everyone I’ve dealt with over the last few years has been great. Mariah was a big help tonight here at the Russell-Ashland location, she had me sign up for rewards which I’d never done. Got a free appetizer for that. She was great. Would recommend for anyone to try if your in the Russell/ashland area. Always a 10/10.

So we're basically regulars here. Haylie and Vanessa are great bartenders. Every now and then we get Buffy and she's great too. Everyone makes you feel like family. We had Donna as are waitress for the first time and she was amazing. Poor girl had to deal with our drunk husbands, but she held her own. She had a great sense of humor and the service was perfection. Burgers are out of this world and the lime pepper chickens wings are to die for. This is one of our favorite places to eat. We will definitely be back.
